Oh-my-vagrant should consider using official CentOS vagrant box from CentOS community

@LalatenduMohanty Would love to but the images are currently broken. What defines broken:

1. Lack of rsync package
2. Lack of screen package
3. Image size != 40G
4. vagrant user and root user should have password 'vagrant'
5. See more details in the scripts at https://github.com/purpleidea/vagrant-builder/tree/master/v7

Regarding the your request for CentOS base box , the community effort for CentOS started around that time . Refer https://github.com/CentOS/sig-cloud-instance-build/blob/master/vagrant/centos7.ks
