Distribution packages miss RECORD file

This package deviates from the convention of having a top-level import package (docx) with the same (canonicalized) name as the distribution package (python-docx) for PyPI. Some tools then need a RECORD file in the distribution package. This package doesn't have one, it appears.

Could you instruct your build backend to generate one?

The wheel I'm looking at: python_docx-1.1.2-py3-none-any.whl does indeed have a RECORD file in the zip.
