Breaking Changes:

• addition of the set keyword to set config with config set command instead of 'config' (legacy simple command config not working anymore without set keyword)
• use of global config file (in $HOME/.Qarnot) by default instead of local config file (in $PWD/.Qarnot):
  • use of -l|--local option in 'config set' command to specify the use of local file
  • removal of -g|--global option in 'config set' command
• replace --show option of 'config' command into a new config show command

Chores:

• more control over the display of the warning message when config file not found
