Reference to MySql.Data v6.9.5.0 not found

It seems that somewhere in the project there is a reference to the MySQL.Data assembly v 6.9.5.0 but the current version on nugget is 6.9.9.0 and thus an exception is thrown as the assembly cannot be loaded. Is this intentional? Does a copy of the old assembly need to be placed alongside the executable?
