Miscalculation / rounding error (?) for uncached artifacts

When no cached data exists, the progress will be calculated as 1% (should be 0%, obviously).

This might just be a rounding error and completely irrelevant, but I haven't had time to investigate whether or not it actually causes any underlying issues yet.
