Hi Rolf

Is there a way to truncate some DB tables or will this require a custom anonymizer type to be implemented?

Anonimatron currently does not support truncating of tables. Anonymizers are not designed to connect to the database. The best way to truncate tables before the anonymization run is to build a script that truncates the tables before calling anonimatron.
