Data for Osaka is missing

The data has shown Osaka at zero for the last few days. I'm fairly sure this is incorrect.

Thanks for the report. We have been struggling with the lower case numbers where corrections to past numbers haven't been applied (prefecture corrects older reported numbers) or that the numbers between agencies that we get info from don't match.

I've done a pass over the numbers last night and it should now be accurate. Will monitor this in the next few days to see if it still goes wrong.
