Add to DeployRequest/DeployResponse

  • Add "based on" RolloutID, that would allow CAS behavior (Aborted error in case of conflict)
  • Add "dry run" argument that would not commit the rollout
  • Return yaml of resources generated

Additionally:

  • Return yaml of resources generated in CapsuleService.Get.
