Private docker registries don't save #52

Describe the bug
When attempting to add a private docker registry via the GUI it fails to add the registry.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Start a new project named world-hello
After saving the project click on the project name to open the project
Click on settings>Docker registries
Click "+Add Docker Registry"
Enter private registry, Host and Auth token
Click Save
Nothing is saved

Expected behavior
Registry should be saved and token securely stored.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Ubuntu
Browser: Chrome
Version: 116.0.5845.141

Additional context
@andersjohnsen confirmed this is a known bug they hope to fix in the next release.

Hi @skitzo2000, thank you for reporting the issue. Yep, the changes has gone in now, will be bundled in the next release.
