How should this library track karpenter versions? #43

Hi, thanks for the library!

I have a broad question about cdk-karpenter tracking karpenter versions. Currently it is rather behind (karpenter is at v0.34, while this repo is at v0.27.5), and it is not clear what is the procedure for it to catch up. Should users open issues whenever they need a new version, or contribute MRs?

TBH versioning is very hard for this repo... I'm still debating whether it should track karpenter alone or not, but projen has a "versioning" mind of its own.

this repo is at v0.27.5

I'm planning on updating this to the latest and greatest karpenter soon (as time permits)
