Wiring map blocks menu with certain configs

It reproduces very well in vivaldi, chrome and firefox on Linux with this config.
The config was created by pasting raw data from layout builder and then changing some stuff and saving it from the settings menu.

Maybe it worth mentioning, that the first time i pasted the data from layout editor, it went well. Also, the layout was created by using default 104key template and deleting all the unneeded buttons. Spacing height at the top looks like it came from deleted F# row.
