SoftHealth App

Soft Health Logo

The Soft Health Application is intended to support and improve mental health, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goal 3, specifically 3.4, of promoting mental health and wellbeing. It provides scientifically validated strategies designed to promote positivity and good vibes. The personality test, colors used, the exercises suggested, the audio provided, and the resources listed are all backed by scientific research and studies, ensuring an evidence-based approach to mental health wellness. It is, however, not a substitute for professional mental health care, counseling, or therapy. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any mental health disorders or conditions.

Our app is built using:

Python (Object-Oriented Programming)

PyQt5 for GUI

SQLite for database management

Installation

Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/lakshmivishal9496/Soft-Health

Create a virtual environment:

make venv

Activate the environment:

. .venv/Scripts/activate

Install the required dependencies:

make install

Run the application:

make run
