[Task](context): update DNS module to support Designate 2024.2 Dalmatian release

Task Description
During the testing in QA, at least 3 issues were detected after Designate upgrade to Dalmatian.

Sub-tasks

• Fix Zone Unsharing. There is no unshare button anymore after the zone was shared (e.g. via CLI).
• Fix Shared Zone Parent/Guest project relations. The project that owns the zone has the same view of the zone as the target guest project. That should not be the case (there is no shared by anymore, and in owning project it looks like the zone is shared to the owning project itself).
• Fix the Zone Sharing. The API has changed and should now be https://docs.openstack.org/api-ref/dns/dns-api-v2-index.html#create-shared-zone Now there should be target_project_id specified.
