Update README.md with proper product name.

Replace "ScyllaDB Sink Connector" with "Scylla Sink Connector". ScyllaDB is the name of the company, and Scylla is the name of the product.

+1, however this will be a bigger effort, as all configuration options also start with scylladb.... (should we maintain backwards compatibility?)

Moreover, the repo name should be changed to scylla-sink-connector (that way it will be consistent with our another connector: scylla-cdc-source-connector).

I actually just fixed it today :). The next version we release will be all lower-case:
