What happened to 0.3.1? #1

I can no longer deploy my site based off 0.3.1? And 1.0 is not backward compatible!

To be clear, the error when doing composer install

Loading composer repositories with package information
Installing dependencies (including require-dev) from lock file
  - Installing seothemes/core (0.3.1)
    Downloading: Failed       
    Failed to download seothemes/core from dist: The "https://api.github.com/repos/seothemes/core/zipball/7f6b38b41f7097633454b5cd0269f54cf3dd356e" file could not be downloaded (HTTP/1.1 302 Found)
