The current system for the Libyan provinces is a complete mess, multiple provinces such as Matan An Sarah have either the wrong names, pops or both.

My proposal to fix this problem consists of

  1. Transferring the province and pops of Misratah to where Sirte currently is.
  2. Transferring the province and pops of Sirte to where Waddan currently is.
3 .Transferring the province and pops of Waddan to where Matan as Sarah currently is and possibly rename
it Jufra after the Jufra district.
  3. Transferring just the pops of Matan as Sarah to Kufra, remove the Cyrenaican cores on Matan as Sarah
and transfer this province to the former location of Misratah, rename Matan as Sarah to Murqub and add
new pops to it corresponding with the demographics of the Murqub district.

Why not.

  1. Give provinces correct names - the actual map correlates to real world provinces (one or more).
  2. The generator should then be updated with correct tot pops, but as a interim solution sure shuffle around pops.
