Describe the bug

This sim expects me to use my Thistle Tea 3 times back-to-back at 90% energy...

Expected behavior

I should be using Thistle Tea at a time that actually makes sense.

To Reproduce

Run Assassination against a dummy

Are you talking about sims or a rotation helper like Hekili or HeroRotation?
