Hi!

Received this error message on an integration with Stitch a few days ago. Tried re-entering the ClientID under Settings and it didn't work - any suggestions? Thanks!

Hey there @pvu-pecm - just to clarify, did you follow these instructions for locating your client ID in Campaign Monitor?

I ask because Campaign Monitor's docs say this about the 102 error response in the screenshot:

And if you attempt to use an invalid ID for a resource, you’ll also receive a “401 Unauthorized” response. For example, if you specified a client ID of a client which doesn’t belong to you, you’d receive the following response:

Which leads me to think perhaps the value being entered into the Client ID field is incorrect in some way.

Hi Erin,

Thanks for the response! The client ID did not change at all, and I tried using both the client ID and API Key - both returned the same 102 error. Hope this helps, and appreciate any and all suggestions.

Cheers,
Philip
