This app has been been configured for Android minSdkVersion 26 (Android 9 or higher).
If we can somehow lower the Android minSdkVersion of this app or its fork (to 16 or so), some organization can collect millions of old Android phones (currently lying idle and likely to be "dumpsterized"), install the re-configured app on those phones, distribute the phones to countless "Slumdog Millionaires" of the world, and create a "win-win" situation.

There is a version of the app built with sdk 16. What's the best way to distribute it? It should be bundled in the next release (but I think if you go to the Play Store with an older phone you should still see an older version of Sky Map that's compatible).
