The 'Type' column for each row is showing only one letter like:
001 G
002 r
003 a
004 s
005 s
So instead of putting 'Grass' in 001, it is showing like that.

I am not sure what is happening without seeing the entire process. But it seems the individual strings got converted to list somewhere (causing each letter to form a new row).
