POST /guilds/ schema is outdated #1251

According to https://docs.discord.sex/resources/guild#json-params, Spacebar's guild create schema is outdated

Spacebar has:

name
region
icon
channels
system_channel_id
rules_channel_id - not sure if this is a field in Discord's schema
guild_template_code

It is missing:

verification_level
default_message_notifications
explicit_content_filter
roles
afk_channel_id
afk_timeout
staff_only - perhaps not needed
system_channel_flags
