Extract the Job Description from the job posting URL

It is an extra step to have a PDF of the job description wherever since job postings are published online, it is easier for the user to input the job posting url.

We should extract the job description from the job posting URL and use it in the Matching Pipeline.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternate is to enable LinkedIn log in or integrate with other job boards to directly display the jobs and their description in the app.
