Syncing to suggest when the next back up is expected

On the designs for syncing, the next back up is suggested as "Next backup in ..." this needs an implementation on Status Go side.

Align with Desktop before implementing to ensure there is no issues with implementing this.

Align with Design to see what are the expectations for the text, for example will this be "Next backup in one month", "Next backup in one week" etc or how will this text work? how will this work with translations etc?

Acceptance Criteria:

• Add this feature to Status Go
• Add test coverage for this feature
• add this on status-mobile - see fix: update use of setting-item component to match new api #17244

Closing as not planned because features related to backups are likely not going to be prioritized in the upcoming releases. Nowadays we actually question the necessity of the backup feature as a whole.
