Epic - Onboarding simplification

As a user, I want to be able to create/restore/sync profiles or set-up my keycard in a streamlined process during onboarding, so that I can start using Status right away and there are fewer chances of facing bugs that could prevent me from logging in.

Description

The plan is to deliver most changes in milestone 2.32. Child issues will be used to track progress.

Jakub has kindly added an EPIC type. We can retire the label and use issue types for better mangement.
