Out of #1898: Maybe we can patch the languageServiceHost instead of the projectService to get the script snapshots and transform Svelte files to something TS understands at that point. Possible advantages

  • could recognize updates without file saves
  • get rid of the "use internal mappings or not"-dance in the snapshot manager
