IDM无法唤起，无法下载 #447

问题：

下载百度云文件时，提示“未发现IDM，使用自带浏览器下载”，下载进程僵死

实际上，IDM插件已安装，看了文档，说要检查“选项”，添加浏览器+文件名后缀

于是，安装了IDM绿色版客户端，手工复制API链接，检测发现，图例的小文件可以下载，但大文件（第一个）依然报错，403

请问：

IDM客户端是必须的吗？
Chrome插件里IDM为啥没有激活？
IDM客户端下载文件，百度云文件大小有区别？为什么小文件可以下，大文件不行

环境

win10
浏览器：Chrome
插件：纂改猴、IDM
