[book] Next chapter of Doctrine/ORM should be Validation, not Controller

At the bottom of http://symfony.com/doc/current/book/doctrine/orm.html , the next chapter is « The Controller » (the previous is "Doctrine DBAL", which is OK).

Buc according to the index, it should be Validation.

It seems It depends directly from symfony.com , I can't find the error in the source code.

The problem was a mis-match between the index file (which sphinx uses to actually figure out the indexes and how things are organized) and the map file, which we use to create the table of contents just how we want it to look.

It's been fixed now - thanks for the report!

@weaverryan The same issue occurs in the cookbook. The index has not been refactored when you refactored the map.
