Can't reuse integration name of an already deleted integration

If using a name for an integration which has already deleted, this leads to:

Beside that this should be possible, the error message is bogus and does not show the real reason (see the console for the output)

Yeah, we need to sort the name validation so it's server-side validated when it's changed in the text inputs, vs when you click save or publish or whatever we call it in the future.
