Doesn't work on the MS Surface - IE10 #83

Hi,
I just thought I'd report that JCrop fails to wok on the Surface.
Unfortunately I don't own one - I had to give it back so I can't be much help fixing it, but I thought I'd flag it up.
I suspect it's to do with the pointer events, because I couldn't interract with the marquee once it was placed.
I tried all the demos on the JCrop site, just in case.
