ISO LANG codes

There are too many languages in the world!
And that is not a bad situations to be in!
But we should identifiers that are less ambiguous
As of 2020, the standard to refer to is ISO-639-3 (part 3).
Because Wikipedia said the recent drafts are still incomplete.
