Add comments support in 'element' and and propagate support for xml,json and so on

NutsElement is the structure used for describing all other formats (XML, JSON, YAML, etc...).
It seems to be helpful to add comments parsing (and printing, which is ways simpler to handle) for elements (and hence in all other formats as well).
