TMFS: Tune of the month administration tune selection

Searching for the tune to add is already becoming very difficult. Is there a way to make this better? Also, I don't think there is a need for the pencil button.

I'm not sure. As each pop-down menu has the whole tune list already there, I guess some javascript to create an in-line search field to go through the list must be possible. But it's a chunk of work.

On the other hand, we can't be the first people to hit this kind of issue with the admin features...
