As an learning-content Admin I want to have the option to tell users their response was incorrect, but not provide them the correct answer. This way they can re-take the quiz without collecting the correct answers from the quiz itself.

This could be in settings tab. It would impact the display of answer options on the results page, as well as the Feedback field.
