RNG schema generation

User Story:

Much in the way a Metaschema produces an XSD, it could potentially produce an RNG schema.

An interesting question would be to see how flags, fields and assemblies map to RNG patterns. This in itself could be highly instructive and supportive of other schema-alignment activities.

Goals:

An RNG generator in XSLT more or less functionally analogous to the XSD or JSON Schema generators, i.e. focusing on the 'legal tagging' questions of the models (element and attribute names and content models), not the metaschema-based constraints definitions.

Also, a more nuanced understanding of the potentials of Metaschema.

Secondary goals include RNG schemas for any Metaschema-defined formats.

More specific goals tbd - while a PR to close this issue might include a functional and documented implementation.

Dependencies:

None known. This could be a fun and instructive research project for an XSLT developer interested in Metaschema, especially one already familiar with RNG.

• All website and readme documentation affected by the changes in this issue have been updated. Changes to the website can be made in the docs/content directory of your branch.
• A Pull Request (PR) is submitted that fully addresses the goals of this User Story. This issue is referenced in the PR.
• The CI-CD build process runs without any reported errors on the PR. This can be confirmed by reviewing that all checks have passed in the PR.
