HTTP Push module

Need a curl module that will push information back to the VAC (e.g: stats can be pushed).

The trick is having the vac register WHERE to push this info.

The old agent doesn't strictly speaking push info, but it does support calling back to the vac to register itself... That might be a different issue.

• make vac url an argument option
• separate out vac_register into 2 modules - curl module and and vac_register

oh yeah, reading the case a little bit more, you want stats push. that will be blocked on the rrd refactoring on vac side. so still closing case for now.
