Send Cloudera Manager services' health data to AWS CloudWatch

These variables will be user-defined at the time of running the binary. If not defined, the defaults will be used. Note: If CLOUDERA_CLUSTERNAME
is not set by the user, the program will pick the first element in array: items[0].displayName
.
