Seems like it's pretty dead, especially since the author simply deletes a comment mentioning an alternative instead of commenting on the issue itself.

For me, the missing AOT support is a no go. I will need to refactor my code entirely to get rid of ng-semantic in favor of the new jquery free library. https://github.com/edcarroll/ng2-semantic-ui But it is a shame, it does not worth that refactoring work. l think if this project continues and be updated it could be definitely useful. @vladotesanovic why don't you advertise in the README.md that you are seeking a new maintainer and that you do have time anymore to maintain the project ?
