Description of issue

When examining a department memo, the text is black instead of colored like it should be.

Difference between expected and actual behavior

The text should be white, or some readable color.

Steps to reproduce

Examine a departmental memo.

Specific information for locating

maps\torch\items\memos.dm

Length of time in which bug has been known to occur

Unknown.

Client Version: 513
Server Revision: Revision Unknown
Game ID: cdH-dfx0
Current map: SEV Torch
