Example in Second rule is wrong because tab has "Children Presentational=True"

This means that the semantics of the heading are imperceptible for both "Do not do this" and "Do this" and both examples are incorrect if the heading should be perceptible and correct if it should not be perceptible.

solution

  • Use an ARIA role that has no Children Presentational OR
  • use the ARIA role within the HTML element that has no implicit children presentational OR
  • both variants and explain why e.g. h1 in button doesn't work, but button in h1 works
