At the moment the demo app (apprtc.py) sets the DtlsSrtpKeyConstraint.
This constraint and the functionality it uses has been a MUST NOT implement in the spec since 2013, due to the reduced security it gives on connections.

It should not be in the demo.

Same goes for the loopback scenario that uses SDES......:)
