In global ace-jump, would it be possible to optionally have one key per emacs window dedicated to just activating the window (without moving point). This could also be a separate set of keys (for example digits). This key/character could be displayed in the mode-line.
I guess what I'm after is incorporation of the functionality of window-number.el.
