This function will forward incoming SMS messages to an email address using the Mailgun API.
You will need a Mailgun account and an API key to use this Function. You can find your API key in the settings area of your mailgun account.
This Function expects four environment variables to be set. You should configure these in your Functions configuration page

This Function expects the incoming request to be a messaging webhook. The parameters that will be used are From and Body.
