[New idea] Render headers as tab

Is it possible to just render every header as tabs? And you can switch between normal mode and tab mode.
For example, the normal mode will be like this:

Header 1
text of header 1
Header 2
text of header 2
Header 3
text of header 3

Tab mode will be like this:

Header1 | Header 2 | Header 3
text of header 1

In this case, you can freely edit content in normal mode and switch to tab mode if you like. No code clock is needed.
