can you give me you mail, and i will send it to you. it should be noted that lncRNA-disease is not involved in model training, and it is an independent testing set.

I uploaded data_disease_doid.txt to this github, you can download it.

disease-lncRNA pairs are data_disease_doid.txt in this github, but in this study, we only use disease-lncRNA as the test set, the trianing data is disease-associated PCGs, which is avaialble at https://github.com/xypan1232/DimiG/blob/master/data/human_disease_integrated_full.zip
