Stops onWindows 11

After windows 24H2 update, w10wheel.net often stops while app is runnning.

It stopped working for me too, I'm still on Win11 23H2 on a Lenovo T14s Gen1 AMD. Sometime since the November Windows updates w10wheel doesn't scroll anymore, just middle clicks.
