Hi there. Thank you for the comment. This project is not very active recently - seems there are more fresh clones of it (like for example https://github.com/two-pack/redmine_importer ).
As for your errors - only reporting 500 error cannot be very helpful for fixing the problem. Check your log/development.log (or production.log) - there will be more detailed information (some non existing method for nil report etc.)
