Some technical details -

The think tank reports can also be accessed from the Publications Office. The one cited in the issue corresponds to the record at https://op.europa.eu/en/publication-detail/-/publication/9890a9b3-0d52-11ed-b11c-01aa75ed71a1/language-en

So one hypothetical way to do it is to find a link (in a generic sense, not necessarily a URL) to the Publication Office record for each Think Tank article we want to save. This would be desirable because the PO site gives us more accurate metadata, while the Think Tank page isn't very informative.
