Steps

• go to the official website of postgreSQL and download it everthing will be setup automatically.

Important

• At first you have to Download PostgreSQL DB if you want to test db locally.

• Pg Admin will be default installed with PostgreSQL.

• Then PG Admin to work with it (Don't Need.).
