Move content and make backwards compatible (#74)

Online-Help 2.4.0 pointed at a dir which didn't coorespond with nginx.

Non-library content really shouldn't be in /usr/lib64 so move the
help to /usr/share and make a backwards compatibility symlink to
be removed in a future update.

We will update Nginx in a subsequent IML release.
