The Multi Object Analysis of Atmospheric Phenomenon (MOAAP) program identifies and tracks a variaty of atmospheric phenomenon (tropical and extratropical cyclones, antycyclones, atmospheric rivers, fronts, and mesoscale convective systems) as objects in a single freamework.
